colleasy ("the Service") provides software and prepaid compute resources (tokens) for automated video localization (translation, voice-over, AI visuals, editing).
Access and the app download are granted after a deposit to your balance. Operations consume tokens at the rates shown in the app.
The service is digital. By paying you consent to immediate provision of the service.
You are responsible for the content you create and must not use the Service for unlawful content or to infringe third-party rights.
The Service is provided "as is"; the provider is not liable for indirect or consequential damages; total liability is limited to the amount paid.
Refunds. You may stop using the Service at any time and request a refund of the unused part of your package: we refund the portion of the amount paid that corresponds to the unspent balance at the time of your request. Operations already performed are not refunded, and tokens granted for free (welcome, bonus, referral or goodwill credits) are not a payment and are not included in the calculation. Refunds are issued by the original payment method within 10 days of the request; once the remaining balance is refunded, access to the Service ends.
