Place your frames in order and describe what happens BETWEEN each neighbouring pair. Every segment starts on your frame and ends on the next one — which is why the joins are invisible.
Describe what should happen. The app splits it into segments: each next one is drawn from the last frame of the previous, so the picture flows continuously.
Segments run one at a time: each is drawn from the last frame of the previous one, so it cannot start early. A minute of video is about eight segments in a row.
Upload a batch of images and the same number of prompts. The first image is animated by the first prompt, the second by the second, and so on. Each pair is handled on its own and never blends with its neighbours.
Runs on the engine with no hourly video cap — you can queue large batches at once. Each frame animates for 8 seconds.

The app
This is the key for the app: download it below, open the program and paste the key on the first screen. You don't paste it on the website.

❓ Won't open? Installation guide
If the spinner turns and no window appears, wait a minute — the installer is 400 MB and unpacks silently. Still nothing after two minutes? Your antivirus removed the file: download it again and add the downloads folder to exclusions for the install.
If Windows instead says an application control policy has blocked the file, that is Smart App Control — it has no "run anyway" button. It is switched off in Settings → Privacy & security → Windows Security → App & browser control. Windows will warn that turning it back on needs a reinstall, so the call is yours. Write to us and we will walk you through it.
